Flutter Developer

We’re Hiring: Flutter Developer (2–3 Years Experience)

Location: Bahria Town Phase 7 | Full-time

Department: BSCS/BSSE

We are looking for a passionate Flutter Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in building high-quality mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms.

Role Overview

You will collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to develop scalable, high-performance, and user-centric applications. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Flutter & Dart, solid understanding of app architecture, and a strong commitment to clean, maintainable code.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Flutter apps for Android & iOS

• Convert UI/UX designs into responsive, pixel-perfect screens

• Implement clean architecture (MVVM / Clean Architecture)

• Integrate REST APIs and manage local data storage (Hive, SQLite, SharedPreferences)

• Write unit and widget tests to ensure quality

• Optimize app performance and user experience

• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions

• Monitor crash reports, troubleshoot issues, and deploy timely fixes

• Collaborate with backend teams on API contracts and security practices

Required Skills

• 2–3 years of professional Flutter (Dart) experience

• Strong knowledge of widgets, state management & navigation

• Experience with Provider, Bloc/Cubit, Riverpod, or GetX

• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, Dio/HTTP

• Understanding of mobile app architecture & SOLID principles

• Experience with Git and collaborative workflows

• Debugging using Flutter DevTools

• Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Crashlytics, Analytics)

• Push notifications (FCM), deep linking

• CI/CD pipelines & app publishing

• Native integrations & platform channels
